The time we spend at your property will depend on what services of ours you choose and the size of the property itself. We recommend that the property is prepared before our visit so that it is clean and presented well, this will also speed up time needed on our visit.

Scheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all photography services. Last minute requests will be addressed on an individual basis. When booking an appointment, please include - your desired time slot & date. The listing address and any other important or relevant information (Size of the property, services required, meet homeowners at address etc). After both parties have agreed on a time and date, the appointment will be considered "booked" and this time slot will be removed from the availability calendar. Please use our home preparation guide to ensure the home is ready to be photographed. Minor items will be moved by the photographer but otherwise, the property will be shot "as is".


Travel

We are happy to provide photography services for properties located outside of our normal service area. A travel fee may be charged for properties located outside of the covered areas. (Falkirk, Stirling, West Lothian, Fife, Perth).


During the shoot

If the client or homeowner is present at the property when photography is taking place. They must make every effort to not cause reflections or shadows in the photographs. This means not being in the same room as the photographer and often not on the same floor where possible. We will make every effort to photograph rooms from the best angles and avoid including unsightly items if present. It is understood that our experience and judgement be deemed adequate to photograph the required internal and external spaces of the property.


After the shoot

All photos will be digitally processed by me to correct geometry, colour correction, flash composite, sky replacement where required. All photos will be delivered to the vendor within 1 business day via our online client gallery. Files can be downloaded any size, however web size has been optimized for estate agent use. No extra cost shall be sought for additional or advanced editing.


Cancellation & Home access

Please note, a cancellation fee of £35 will be charged for any shoot cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of a "booked" appointment. If the vendor, homeowner or representative are not available to provide access to the home during the allotted shooting time, we will consider this a cancellation and the full amount for the shoot will be billed.


Rights & Usage

All images remain the sole property of the photographer and carry a two year limited license - they may be used for all marketing associated with the current sale of the property in accordance with relevant estate agent rules. Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, designers is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by the photographer.


Payment

All jobs will be invoiced and have a unique assigned number. A late fee of 2.25% will automatically be applied after 7 days and every 7 days thereafter until the balance is paid in full. Payment details will be included on all invoices.
